– Select clean fresh soursop fruit

– Preliminary processing, peeling seeds

– Drying by a closed spray dryer system to keep the nutritional ingredients of the product:

* Type 1: White fine powder, cold-dried form (FD), ingredients include custard meat

* Type 2: Yellow brown powder, heated form (AD), ingredients including shell, seeds and custard apple

– Crush into a fine powder with a modern industrial machine (100 – 120 mesh)
