Production process of garlic powder:
– Select high quality clean garlic – preliminary peeling – cut into small pieces
– Light drying by industrial machine with temperature of 45-50oC keeps nutrient composition of the product
– Grinding into fine powder by modern industrial machines (high fineness 80 -100, 100 -120 mesh)
– No impurities
– No preservatives
